 This project originates from my professional activity: for two years I worked as a body-oriented psychotherapist. Now my research into the connection between the body and the psyche continues in art.

 The idea that “the body remembers everything” finds its expression in body-oriented psychology, which claims that our emotions, experiences and traumas are not only stored in the mind, but also leave a deep mark on our body. In my works, I strive to reflect this experience, accept it, and somewhere “heal” our traumas.

 “The Body Remembers Everything” is a kind of art therapy, where the author and the viewer recall their trigger moments received on the path of life, and are invited to interact with their own experiences. I hope that the viewer will be able to see in my works a reflection of their own stories and begin the process of realizing and accepting that the body really does remember everything.
